About

Glitchstream is a rogue-like, first-person shooter made for Ludum Dare 54. Locked in a virtual room, fight hordes of enemies and survive as long as you can. Unlock doors to expand the playing field, and find new power-ups and weapons to help you survive.

Controls:

• WASD - Movement
• Spacebar - Jump
• E - Interact
• Left Mouse - Shoot
• Right Mouse - Aim-Down sights
• P - Toggle Pixelation

Weapons

• Pistol - Medium damage, medium fire rate
• Assault Rifle - Low damage, high fire rate
• Shotgun - High damage, low fire rate

Power-ups

• Coin Magnet - Pulls coins towards you within a radius of your player, each additional coin magnet will increase the radius
• Demon Damage - Creates a radius around you that deals AoE damage. Each level increases the amount of damage by 1.
• Shoes - Increases movement speed each level
• Health+++ - Regenerates 0.1 HP per second. Cooldown decreases by 0.1 per level.
• Health+ - Instantly regenerates 25 HP.

Known Issues:

• Occasionally when picking up a new weapon, the old weapon model doesn't get deleted.
• Sometimes interaction text will appear through walls, you can't interact through walls however.
• Occasionally Interact will not work (look directly at the pickup and try moving back a bit).
• Rarely, chests can't be opened.
• When swapping weapons the animations will disappear for a second
